What am I doing at a school during the summer?
Last time I took blog pictures at a school it was really cold out. This time it was the exact opposite. It was so incredibly hot out. I was wearing loose clothing, but still was almost dripping sweat while taking these pictures.
Admittedly, this is not my most stylish outfit. However, like I said it was incredibly hot out and I planned on doing some packing after these shots were taken. Hold on though, look at my feet. I added wedges to attempt to dress up the outfit at least a little bit. Did it work?

These old things…I love these Target wedges, but they have definitely seen better days. In fact, the just lost the lining in both shoes this week.
Those wedges are cute. I usually get too lazy to take pictures when it gets warm out.

Thank you. I missed several HOT days this summer. I just wasn’t going to be dripping wet on camera. “Wet Rat” just isn’t a good look.
It’s not summer anymore for me!! I’ll be spending everyday at school from now on
I love those wedges. They’re the shoe-lifesaver–they can dress a look up a little while still being pretty comfortable!

I keep meaning to try a shoe like this with my capris. Serene at the Elegant Bohemian carries this off so well. I do think it works.
