Last Few Days of Summer
I know many people have already gone back to school as students or teachers, and many don’t even have a summer break. However, for me I still have a few more days before classes start back up at the studio. Nate and I have spent a few of our last Saturday mornings of summer at the Farmer’s Market. We both love the Farmer’s Market for different reasons. Nate loves all of the samples of yummy food (admittedly I like that part too), and I like browsing all of the handmade goods. Remember the charms I got from Miss Ky’s Couture? Well, I got a few more things from her booth this weekend too, and am happy to say that a giveaway from her is in the works for my blogging maternity leave!
I’ve never really liked how button up dresses looked on me, but when I ran across this one at Goodwill I had to give it a go. I’m actually really happy with how it looked on me. It was incredibly comfortable for a warm stroll around the market. It doesn’t hurt I love how the pictures turned out too.

How do you enjoy your fall weekends? What do you look forward to about fall?

That dress looks fantastic on you!!!
That dress is very pretty and looks great on you. Sometimes you just have to try something on before you know whether it really suits you or not.

Thank you. Im really glad I tried it on. I love it, and it was really comfortable.
I absolutely love this dress on you, and the belt with it looks adorable. I cannot wait for fall, but I still have a few more months before it starts cooling down down here!

Same here. I’m beyond thrilled that this week has been in the upper 70′s.
Your dress is lovely~ you look very retro. I love the yellow shoes too!

Thank you.
I love the way this button-up dress looks on you–and I think the belt is the perfect touch with it! I’m always on the lookout for a cute shirt dress/button up dress to wear, but I haven’t found the right one yet. Hopefully I’ll luck out soon too!

Hope you find one that is just perfect for you.
Oh, I like the retro vibe of this dress. How much time will you take off from teaching during the birth and infancy of this new little one?

If everything goes well I hope to take four weeks completely off, and come back slowly after that. I can teach a few of my classes without doing much since they are older. As for the younger classes I will have an assistant for a few weeks.
Wow, you look amazing in this dress – gorgeous!
