On What They Wore this week, I wanted to show you how bloggers are wearing khaki without looking stuffy.

My first blogger up to bat is the ever adorable Kate, of Divergent Musings. She two classic pieces, and jazzed them up with simple yet cute accessories.

P.S. Kate I have those shoes, and the gel inserts made a great difference.

Kimmie, from Blue Paper Lanterns, wore a simple outfit of a white t-shirt and khaki shorts. However, she really amped up her style with those shoes.

At Sunday Crossbow, I found an awesome outfit that is completely neutral colors. However, it is not boring at all! She looks great, doesn’t she?

Next I present to you Nicole, of Employed Panache. She found this lost outfit on her memory card, and I’m glad she did. I love how everything works together.

Miss Rockwell sent in a fun boyfriend style khaki look. I like how she wasn’t afraid to go with bright colors.

P.S. This week’s visual FBFF post is fun DIY manicures, and it is hosted at her blog Lifestyles of the Thrifty and Shameless.

That is it for this weeks What They Wore. Next week it will be stripes all around! If you would like to be included let me know. danie AT noguiltfashion DOT com

Some people start getting sloppy with what they wear. Not so for the bloggers I have featured this week. They temperatures kept getting hotter and hotter, but they kept things crisp and cool with white.

Katy, of ModlyChic, had a great tunic that she had paired with black before, but she thought it looked to drab. This time she paired it with a cute pair of cropped skinny

Marissa, of the Style Cusp, dealt with the heat in a really cute pair of white eyelet shorts. I love that blue and white striped top too.

Pants seem really hot to me, but when worn in a loose cut and paired with a loose tank  the Stylish Housewife makes it look great for summer.

Linley, of Dwelling & Telling, wore a cute summer outfit of a Chambray shirt and white shorts. Did I mention she wore them with a really great pair of red heels? Love how this looked on her.

Anna, of Four Seasons One Wardrobe, sent a look she styled with a navy tunic and brown Obi belt. I love the color combination.

Lastly, a big thank you to Tania. She took time out of her busy schedule of grad school, getting ready to move half way across the country, and running What Would a Nerd Wear to send me a picture.

Thanks for reading this weeks What They Wore. Tune in and/or submit a look for next weeks post featuring your little black dress.

I’ve styled my one and only romper a few times now on the blog. I wore it for a date night, and than for an early summer afternoon. After looking over this weeks entries I would love to add one or two more to my closet to style a few different ways.

The first entry was submitted by Miss Rockwell, She styled a cropped jumpsuit with a great pair of heels and a fun belt.

Katy of Modly Chic also wore a cropped version. I love how she paired it with a great jacket and coral heels.

Switching gears to the short romper version we have Kendra, of Closet Confections. She wore a cobalt blue version that looks absolutely beautiful against her skin coloring.

Next week for What They Wore I’m featuring bloggers wearing white pants, shorts, capris, skirts, or dresses. You can submit a link for entry by emailing me at danie@noguiltfashion.com

I recently snagged my first pair of colored jeans at a thrift store in June. I haven’t gotten a chance to wear them yet with the awfully hot weather we have had here. I was flipping through style blogs looking for inspiration, and longing for the weather to cool down so I can wear them. I figured what a great idea for a What They Wore post.

Elaine, of Clothed Much, has a pair of yellow jeans that she has paired with a pair of cute turquoise flats and a salmon scarf.

Kendi, of Kendi Everyday, has a pair of red pants that she has styled over and over again. I never seem to get tired of seeing them pop up on her blog. Plus, aren’t those pumps to die for?

Kelsey, of Snappy Casual, has a fun pair of blue pants that she has included in her remix challenge. Please click through to the link to view the full outfit. It is too cute to miss.

Do you have a pair of colored denim? How do you style them? Do you think they can be dressed up too, or should they stay in a more casual role?

Also, take a second and suggest what you would like to see in the upcoming weeks on What The Wore.

As another Ode to the 4th What They Wore Wednesday is showcasing some fashionable takes on a summer staple. Denim shorts aren’t just for bumming one’s way through summer.

Jenni from Pixie in Pumps paired her denim shorts with an oversized shirt, adorable seahorse pendant, and Seychelles wedges that make me weak in the knees.

Ashley, of A Fashion Fixation, asked her readers if jean shorts were cool, My answer is they can definitely be styled to be cool. I love the relaxed vibe she came up with.

Hello, Monkeyface! wore her awesome, thrifted, red, Jordache shorts to celebrate the 4th. She looks awesome, and has me jealous. You see I tried to dye a pair of shorts red. This was my goal color, but it isn’t even close. More on that story at a later date.

Rachel wore her Americana inspired look, and I love her shorts with the sky high heels, plaid shirt, and cuffed blazer.
