Maybelline, Pink Pout, black wrap, heart necklace, Miss Ky's CoutureThis isn’t the best blog post I’ve posted here at No Guilt Fashion, but it surely isn’t the worst either. These pictures were taken with my iPhone by my husband. The top one was filtered through instagram, but the bottom two are un edited. I don’t normally post phone photos, but I wasn’t going to make it back home in time to get my camera and take pictures before it got dark out. (Darn daylight savings time!) So, while we were waiting around for Nate’s mom to finish up with a bit of work she had to do I asked Nate to snap a few pictures for me.

The outfit isn’t anything special either. I hadn’t planned on leaving the house. When Nate asked if I wanted to run to the grocery store I put on a necklace and boots, and was out the door. Honestly, I don’t think I did to bad for accessorizing a nursing tank and jeans20111130-212144.jpgThe Scoop

I want to take a second to introduce you to a cute currently local find that is going to end up on the finger of one lucky reader. Lulu’s Vintage is run by two fun military spouses. They take vintage finds and repurpose them. For instance, this ring was once a clip on earring. They always have something new to add to their etsy store, also due to the traveling nature of their careers you never know where they will be and what is going to pop up next on their site.

Please take a look at their site, and let me know your favorite piece(s). Personally, I love the vintage pearl & turquoise ring. They also have a couple of great bow ties on the site now too.

How To Enter

1. Visit Lulu’s Vintage, and leave me the name or link of your favorite piece.

2. Follow NGF via Bloglovin, GFC, Twitter, or Facebook for an extra entry.

Just leave a separate comment for both entries. Include your email address in your comment form, so I can contact you if you win. This giveaway is open to U.S. residents only.

Miss Ky’s Couture, the designer of the bottle cap charms I reviewed, was sweet enough to sponsor a giveaway for your wonderful readers while I’m still adjusting to a new schedule with two kids instead of one. I must say, that I thoroughly enjoyed browsing her booth every time I went to the Farmer’s Market. She is always coming up with new things. She also donates 20% of all purchases to the Shriner’s Hospital.giveaway bracelets hair clip

For this week’s What They Wore I’m still doing something different. The last month or so, I have been seeing a lot of really simple DIY projects go through my reader. I thought, it would be fun to highlight some of the DIY’s that jumped out at me. Hopefully, you enjoy them as much as I did, and maybe you even find one or two that you make yourself.

Abby from, The Closet Files, did a simple and inexpensive ($4) DIY peacock earring post.

Meggy, of Chasing Davies, made a super simple DIY rope necklace that makes a great statement piece. You could make it in any color too.DIY rope necklace

Katy, of ModlyChic, gathered up her siblings and a few supplies to make some fun and quiet clay bangles.

If you have a DIY post that you would like to share please link up below. I could use the extra inspiration, and would LOVE to see what you’ve been up to.

Have you seen Sydney yet? Yes, that Sydney. Sydney, of the Daybook, has been looking fabulous during her pregnancy thus far. It can’t be a surprise that she is my next pregnancy fashion blogger. Check out #1 and #2 looking lovely as well.

Sydney knows how to liven up even the tiredest of pregnancy fatigue induced faces. Apply a little fuchsia lipstick. Doesn’t she look fabulous?pregnancy fashion checkered dress

Bright Accessories

Bright Accessories are another way to put a little pep in your step when you are tired. Here Sydney’s turquoise necklace is a nice touch with her black and white checkered dress.

Comfy Chic

Just because you may be dealing with pregnancy fatigue, and all you want to wear is pajamas does not mean you have to sacrifice style for comfort. Try wearing a soft blousy top, and leggings or stretchy jeans. It is ok to leave the 5 inch heels at home for a day too.

I want to thank the three fabulous bloggers I have featured in this series for letting me use their pictures. I also want to thank my readers for putting up with a narrowly focused topic for What They Wore the last three weeks. Next week I’m doing DIY focused posts.
