Getting Comfy With It

Green is the Color of Jealousy

You see I purchased this pair from the girl’s department of Target. However, I haven’t been able to wear them for a long time. Well, almost eight months to be more specific. The time has come that I fit into them again. WooHoo!!! I’m happy to wear them at least a few times this fall. The only draw back is I think I grew a couple of inches during the pregnancy, because, they are a little short now. Tucked into boots this won’t be a problem.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

A day of the year when every body is a wee bit Irish. There are 3.8 million people in Ireland, and many more that can count themselves as part Irish.
St. Patrick’s day is not an official American holiday, but it is celebrated with lots of parades, events, green beer, corned beef and cabbage, and soda bread throughout the country (and world I’m sure). If I could choose to celebrate anywhere I would choose Chicago. Love the Irish American pride, and the green river. What will you be doing this year?

30 for 30: Monday, Monday

Oh, boy this weekend should have been relaxing and it spun downhill fairly quick. Wednesday, I spent most of the night being woken up every time I was almost asleep by the husband jerking in pain. Thursday night was much of the same, except, add him vomiting and me cleaning it up. Friday he woke up ridiculously early, and told me he wasn’t going to work. Fast forward to after work I found out he has strep on top of his back problems. Now I’m heading into a weekend taking care of Nate and his problems, Lyla and her broken arm, and working. I know you must be jealous.

 Purple and olive head to toe. By the way, if I hadn’t said it yet, I love these shoes. So comfy!!! I’ve said it before, I find most Target shoes comfortable.
