Yep, I’m in that horribly awkward stage where my regular clothes don’t fit right and maternity clothes keep me busy all day yanking on them. What have I been doing to fight my hardest through this battle? I’m wearing dresses, tunics, or at least really long shirts with my sized up jeans. Depending on the day I may need to top this ensemble with the ever popular pregnancy band. Don’t even get me started on that thing. I feel that it is a blessing disguised as cruel hoops that must be jumped through each time you stand up.

I apologize again for my silence. Lots of things going on at the moment, and I’m having trouble staying on top of it all. The other reason being I really have not had many more than mediocre outfits. As I said earlier, this is probably the best of the best when it comes to my new uniform. I hope to pass this shortly, and have some time and energy to take pictures again soon. You can’t even see my 15 week bump here since, these are old(ish) pics.

I love cool spring mornings that turn into wonderful, warm days! Days that you need a jacket or sweater leaving the house, but by the time you get off work it is perfect barbecuing temps. Honestly, I leave the house at 6:00am every morning and prefer to always wear a jacket of some sort. It is layers that make the outfits on days like that.

I mentioned on my daughter’s guest post that I will be adjusting my posting schedule until shortly after the baby comes. I plan on posting OOTD’s on Mondays; either Product Reviews, Every Man, Woman, and Child posts, OOTD or other random posts; Fridays I am shooting for getting back into the swing of  Friend Friday posts.

I’ve told you before that I’ve finished my 30 for 30 challenge, and had planned on finishing posting my pictures. With my unplanned break I fell very far behind in posting them. Now with the changing weather I just didn’t feel up to posting winter outfits when I’m busy enjoying spring weather and fashions. I do have a couple of outfits that I wore during the challenge on warm days that I will most likely post, but other than that I will be more up to date. Now if only I can get myself back into the swing of regular picture taking.

I absolutely love these boots. They are so comfy. I’m honestly a little disappointed that it is getting warmer, and I will have to put these babies away till fall. They allowed me to wear tights, wool socks, jeans, skirts, or whatever I could stuff in there to stay warm. Can’t go wrong with that.

Come summer and it is hot and humid out what can yourself comfortable in the elements? You can only take so much off.
