Spot On

I saw this jeans in the kid’s department at Target, and I knew they would fit better than the snow leopard print jeans I already had at home. I’m glad k bough them, because, I was not wrong at all. These printed pants were worth the $12. :)

I was given two pairs of Tom’s shoes for Christmas, but I haven’t gotten much chance to wear them with all of the snow and the rain. I was glad for a spring like day to have an opportunity to take them out.

Simple and Sweet

Sometimes, the simplest of outfits are the comfiest and sweetest. I’m not going to lie. February, has been the LONGEST month ever! Nate has worked every Friday night in addition to his 9-5 job and normal weekend hours at his second job. I have hardly seen him, and have had the kids by myself most of that time too. I’m tired and didn’t want to fuss with a special outfit. A striped shirt, ombré scarf, skinny jeans, and moccasins was the perfect mix.

Faux Bun, Neon, and Hearts

What does every woman do when they REALLY need a haircut? They throw their hair up in a pony tail or a bun. Obviously, both of those options are not open for me. Instead, I chose the head scarf/faux bun route instead. My students thought it was weird and didn’t understand it. However, the parents liked it. What do you think?

It’s the Cheesiest

A cheesy (pun intended) shirts and wedge sneakers from Monday’s post. This is what I wore for pizza downtown with my family. I hope I don’t look as freezing cold as I felt taking these pictures. I’m glad this week the weather has been nice and mild.

Feathered and Tied

Happy Monday folks! Monday and happy don’t usually exist in the same sentence. However, today is a happy Monday for me. We are borrowing my Dad’s car. We are purchasing a new car in the next couple of months. For the last few months I’ve been driving a car without many luxuries, including but not limited to, no heat. Few reasons this is hard to handle. 1. I live in Nebraska- it’s cold! 2. I have two kids with me most of the time. 3. I drive for 45 minutes late at night. The car we are borrowing not only has heat the windows work too! This car is why today is a happy Monday!
