Asian Inspired Blouse
I had a bit of a one night stand with this blouse that I picked up for $.99. When I first picked it up at Goodwill I didn’t look close enough to see how “home made” it really was. With as crazy as Goodwill was during the weekend before school started back up, and the big sale you don’t always have the time to look closely. I just really liked the satin fabric, and the beautiful color and print.
The blouse looked ok tied and left open over a black cami and capris. However, after a gentle wearing and washing it was showing just how poorly made it was. Seams started to unravel or come apart. No amount of steaming was getting it this blouse to lay flat in front. Oh well, not much was lost on this piece, so I don’t feel to bad about it. When thrifting, make sure to look things over closely.
